Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship and what are the shipping costs?
A: We ship exclusively within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $120.00. For orders under $120.00, a flat shipping rate of $15.00 applies.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Your package delivery timeline is calculated by adding processing and transit times:
Order Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Transit Time (7-12 business days) = Total Estimated Delivery Time (8-15 business days)
Orders are processed and delivered on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Q: What is your daily order cutoff time?
A: Our daily order cutoff time is 2:00 PM Central Time (CST/CDT). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Q: When will my tracking number become active?
A: A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier’s portal.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return window and do you charge restocking fees?
A: You can return products within 30 days of delivery. We charge a $0.00 Restocking Fee, meaning returns are processed without restocking deductions.
Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: Before returning any items, you must contact our support email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address. Returning items without an approved RMA may prolong processing times. Please contact us to receive the correct return instructions.
Q: Who pays for the return shipping costs?
A: Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:
Merchant Responsibility: If the return is due to damaged products, defects, or incorrect shipments, we are responsible for the return shipping fees and will provide a prepaid label.
Customer Responsibility: If you change your mind or choose the wrong item, you must pay the return shipping costs.

Q: Why does my glassware look slightly different from the website images?
A: Actual glassware color and clarity may display minor variations under different ambient lighting or screen settings. These are standard optical properties of transparent glass. If you are not satisfied with the appearance due to these variations, you can return the items under our standard policy.
Q: Are minor size or weight variations in my glassware normal?
A: Slight differences in glass thickness, weight, or dimensions are standard outcomes of glass forming processes. These minor variations do not affect the safety, durability, or capacity of your vessels.
Q: What should I do if my glassware arrives broken?
A: Please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photographs of both the damaged glassware and the shipping box so we can process a replacement.
Orders & Payment
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards directly on our website, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not support alternative methods such as personal checks, bank transfers, or cash on delivery.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. Once this window has passed or the package has been processed for shipping, the order cannot be canceled, but you can return it after delivery.
