At CocktailWareCo, we want you to be satisfied with your curated drinkware and cocktail glassware. This Return and Refund Policy details our return procedures, windows, shipping costs, and refund timelines to provide a clear and helpful path if you wish to return a purchase.
Return Window & Eligibility
We offer a return window of 30 days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in a resale condition, with all its original packaging and components intact. We understand you may need to open the box to examine the glassware or experience the product. Therefore, we accept returns of items with light use, provided they are clean and in a resale condition.
How to Initiate a Return
Before returning any items, you must contact our support email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address. Returning items without an approved RMA may prolong processing times. Please contact us to receive the correct return instructions. This process helps us track your return and prevent delays in processing your refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are determined by the reason for the return:
Merchant Responsibility: If the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged item, a defective product, or an incorrect shipment, we will cover all return shipping costs. We are responsible for the return shipping fees and will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Customer Responsibility: If you change your mind, purchased the wrong item, or wish to exchange a product for reasons unrelated to damage or defect, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. In these cases, you are responsible for paying the return shipping fees to the designated returns address.
Restocking Fees
We believe in straightforward and fair return practices. We charge a $0.00 Restocking Fee on all returns. You will not face hidden fees or deductions when returning products in accordance with this policy.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return is received at our returns address, our team will review the shipment. Returns are processed and reviewed within 1 to 3 business days of arrival. Once your return is processed, the refund will be credited back to your original payment card. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times. We will send an email notification as soon as your refund is initiated.
Order Cancellations & Fraud Prevention
If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placement. Once this period has passed or if the order has already entered the shipping process, the order cannot be canceled. You may, however, return the package to our returns address after delivery in compliance with our standard return window.
Returns must include all original components. Items missing major parts or showing intentional damage may be rejected and sent back to the customer.
