Introduction
At CocktailWareCo, we are committed to providing reliable transit services for your curated drinkware and cocktail glassware. This Shipping Policy details our transit areas, processing timelines, rates, and operational protocols to ensure transparency and clarify responsibilities for every order.
Shipping Destinations & Address Limitations
We ship exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not support delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or unincorporated territories of the United States.
Regarding P.O. Boxes and military addresses (including APO, FPO, and DPO locations), we face routing limitations. Due to carrier restrictions, automated address verification protocols, and technical constraints in tracking and signature confirmation, we are currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We are actively working with our logistics partners to find viable routing and verification solutions to support our military customers in the future.
Shipping Rates & Costs
We offer shipping options based on your order total:
Standard Shipping: Complimentary (Free) on all orders over $120.00.
Standard Shipping (Orders under $120.00): A flat shipping rate of $15.00.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
Orders are processed on business days. Our daily order cutoff time is 2:00 PM Central Time (CST/CDT). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Our estimated delivery schedules are calculated as follows:
Order Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Transit Time (7-12 business days) = Total Estimated Delivery Time (8-15 business days)
Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days. During this phase, orders are verified and prepared.
Transit Time: 7-12 business days. This is the duration between carrier pick-up and final delivery.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8-15 business days.
Please note that order processing and transit schedules do not run on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.
Order Tracking & Split Shipments
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number and a link to the carrier portal will be sent to your email address. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to become active in the carrier’s tracking system. Depending on item availability, orders containing multiple products may be sent in split shipments. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment at no additional cost.
Address Accuracy & Missing Packages
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. CocktailWareCo is not liable for package loss, delays, or delivery failure resulting from incorrect address inputs.
If tracking data indicates that a package has been successfully delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us at [email protected], and we will gladly assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
Damaged in Transit
We select protective packaging to safeguard your glassware during shipping. However, if your items arrive damaged, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at [email protected]. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and the outer shipping package. We will review the evidence and arrange a replacement or refund for verified transit damages.
